Retreats 2028
Mornings on the mat, days out in some of Africa's most beautiful landscapes. In 2028 we are bringing yoga and travel together, in South Africa and in Botswana.
Arrive, breathe, be amazed
For 2028 we are planning our first yoga retreats in Africa. They will be led by an experienced yoga teacher who shapes her classes so that beginners can follow just as well as those who have been practising for years.
We take care of everything else: accommodation, transfers, excursions and the guides on the ground. Groups stay deliberately small so there is enough space for everyone, on the mat and on the road.
Dates and prices are not fixed yet. If you would like to join, put your name on the interest list, no strings attached. You will be the first to hear when it starts.
South Africa: yoga on the Garden Route
Our first retreat takes us to the Garden Route in early 2028, the stretch of coast between Mossel Bay and Tsitsikamma National Park. Between the Indian Ocean, lagoons and fynbos-covered mountains lies our retreat lodge, where we arrive, practise and slow down together.
The day starts with yoga in the morning light and ends with a calmer evening session. In between there is time for beach walks, hikes through the coastal forest or a canoe trip through the Tsitsikamma gorges.
For those who want more afterwards: you can fly from the Garden Route to Kruger National Park and round off the retreat with a few days on safari. The extension is optional.
Interested in the South Africa retreat?
Join the list, no strings attached. As soon as the date, accommodation and price are set, you will be the first to hear from us. Feel free to let us know if the safari extension to Kruger National Park interests you too.
Botswana: yoga in the middle of the wild
For the same year we are planning a second retreat in Botswana, this time at a lodge right in the wilderness. There is no fence between you and nature: while you move through your sun salutation on the wooden deck, elephants may wander past the waterhole, and at night you fall asleep to the sounds of the bush.
Yoga in the morning and evening, game drives in between and, depending on the lodge, trips in a mokoro, the traditional dugout canoe. A retreat for everyone who doesn't want to choose between calm and safari.
Interested in the Botswana retreat?
The same applies here: joining the list is non-binding. We will get in touch as soon as the lodge, date and price are fixed.
